Different Shipping Options:
When placing your order with Yehabesha plc you are faced with 3 options regarding shipping. Please refer below to the definition of these terms:
• Shipping option 1: In this option your product will be shipped within 1-7 working days depending on your location and the fact that other orders are made from your surroundings. But the maximum it will be delayed is one week and it is free.
• Shipping option 2: In this option your product will be shipped within 1-3 working days depending on your location and the fact that other orders are made from your surroundings. But the maximum it will be delayed is 3 days and you will be asked extra 25 birr for shipping.
• Shipping option 3: In this option your product will be shipped within 4 working hours no matter the situation is and you will be asked extra 50 birr for shipping.
Returns Policy:
Currently products or services purchased from Yehabesha.com will not be returned back directly to Yehabesha plc but you can inform Yehabesha plc and Yehabesha plc will assist you in returning the product to the manufacture.
In the future Yehabesha plc will make a warranty deal with manufactures and enable you to return products directly to Yehabesha plc.
